Welcome to All-American Dumpsters. By using our dumpster rental and junk removal services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services offered
We provide dumpster rental and junk removal for residential, commercial, and construction customers. Services depend on availability and may vary by location.
2. Rental period
Standard dumpster rentals include a 7-day rental period unless otherwise agreed. Additional days are charged extra.
3. Acceptable materials
These items are allowed in our dumpsters unless we tell you otherwise:
- Household debris
- Yard waste
- Construction materials
- Furniture
- Appliances (with refrigerants removed)
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos)
- Tires
- Batteries
- Liquids
- Medical waste
- Propane tanks
- Concrete
- Dirt
Dumpsters found to contain prohibited items may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
4. Weight limits
Each dumpster has a weight limit. Overweight loads may be charged extra based on the landfill or transfer station's rates.
5. Placement and access
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible drop-off spot. All-American Dumpsters is not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, or underground utilities caused during placement or pickup.
6. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Not overload the dumpster or fill it above the rim.
- Keep unauthorized and prohibited materials out of the dumpster.
- Not move the dumpster after delivery.
- Be present, or have someone present, for scheduled junk removal.
7. Junk removal appointments
Access to the items must be safe and clear. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or break these terms.
8. Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and checks.
9. Cancellations and rescheduling
We need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged a fee.
10. Liability
All-American Dumpsters is not liable for injuries, damage, or losses caused by misuse of a dumpster or during on-site junk removal. You use our services at your own risk.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Refund policy
We aim to provide reliable, timely, professional service, and we know plans change. Here's how refunds work.
Cancelling before service
Dumpster rentals: cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative and transportation costs.
Junk removal: appointments cancelled with 24 hours' notice get a full refund. Cancellations with less notice may be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
When we can't complete the service
If we can't complete your service because the placement area is blocked, conditions are unsafe, prohibited materials are present, or no one is there when required, the visit counts as a missed service and is not refunded. A rescheduling fee may apply.
Partial refunds
We may issue partial refunds at our discretion if you received less service than you paid for because of something unforeseen, or for overpayments and duplicate payments.
Non-refundable charges
- Delivery fees once a dumpster has been dropped off
- Junk removal fees after work has started
- Overweight or overfill charges
- Fees for disposing of prohibited items
- Credit card processing fees, if any
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card company may take longer.
